As a thank you for ordering from the Good Life Shop, Ray will send you his twice weekly newsletter, the Good Life Letter. There is no charge for this and you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link at the top of the email.

However we provide no guarantees, warranties, or assurances of any kind that the site is error free and reserve the right to make modifications at any time without prior notification.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of the products appearing on www.shop.goodlifeletter.com are correct at the time of entering and are kept up to date.
We supply customers in the UK, Europe & Worldwide. Our prices are in pounds sterling and include all duties and VAT at the current rate of 20%.
After Brexit each European country is imposing varying charges to import goods from the UK (which we are unable to predetermine before we send orders out) this means that you need to be clear what these local costs are going to be before ordering from us.
Some customers (from Spain and Ireland) have reported that there have been no additional costs but a customer from Belgium was hit with high charges. As each country seems to be dealing with the matter separately we can’t be responsible for any charges incurred, please check these before ordering.
Whilst we make every endeavour to supply your ordered items within five days of purchase, we cannot accept any liability for late delivery or failure to fulfil an order in a particular timescale.
Our aim is to give 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not happy with any products that you have received please return them to us for a full refund with in 28 days.

Returned Delivery Policy
Where goods have been posted out and get returned to us due to failure to collect by our customers after notice by the Royal Mail, we reserve the right to recharge postage for these items to be resent.
