Directions: Adults and children over 12 should begin by taking two capsules in the morning and two at night. After 3-6 weeks reduce this does to one capsule in the morning and one at night.
Children 3-12 years old can take 3 capsules daily with meals for 3 weeks. Then 1-2 capsules with meals.
Ingredients
Each soft gel capsule is made from glycerin with a thin coating of xylose. This ensures maximum absorption in the stomach and prevents burping or “fishy breath” which can often be associated with fish oils.
