A subtle yet highly flavoursome blend of Kenyan white and green teas that is produced to the exacting standards of the Japanese Matcha teas.

Grown at high altitudes so that no pesticides are needed or used this tea is free from allergens, low in caffeine and rich in polyphenols.
For those who may have tried the Green Matcha Tea and found the flavour too strong or not to their liking this is a much more smooth and subtle mossy flavour that many people enjoy.
Ideal Brewing Temperature: 70-80oC/158-176oF. For Food Safety reasons bring water to 100oC/212oF and let it cool down to 70-80oC/158-176oF.
HOT BREWING METHOD:
Bring filtered or freshly drawn water to a rolling boil and let cool to roughly 180oF/82oC. Place approximately half a teaspoon of Matcha in your cup. Infuse with 8oz/250ml of water, whisk briskly and enjoy.
